360 FanFest
Hayu
360 video content experience for the first ever Hayu Fanfest in London
Brief
For the first ever Hayu Fanfest, we worked with Jodie Mosaid Event Management to install a custom content experience as part of the event at Magazine London. They wanted a video experience that would engage guests and encourage them to create and share content promoting the festival.
Idea
Using the Hayu Fanfest graphics and hashtags, we created a custom 360 video experience that aligned with the colourful event branding. We installed the 360 technology in the main event space, where guests could come and capture their video content either alone or with friends (or both!). After recording their videos on the 360 platform, guests could view their videos on the sharing station screens, choosing to download them either by Airdrop, QR code, email or phone, instantly available for them to share on social media.
Results
The 360 platform was in use throughout the opening hours of the event, with guests coming back to film multiple videos to download and share. The content itself was shared on social media during and after the event, boosting visibility and engagement for the Fanfest online and adding an exciting, in-person experience for guests attending the event.
