Live before & after video activation for Kérastase K Water product launch events at Hersheson's Salon and Kérastase Academy.

Kérastase have always led the way when it comes to revolutionising our hair care regimes. Their newest addition, K Water, uses ground-breaking lamellar technology to tackle any breakages – adding fluidity and immediate shine to hair.

We joined well known influencers at the exclusive launch at Hersheson’s Salon and top hair professionals at the London Kérastase Academy. For both events, Kérastase was keen for us to capture the beautiful results of K Water via a live video shoot. Our team made it their mission to display the gilstening shine K Water creates for hair.


We set up a live video editing activation to capture before and after clips of guests with their new look. We immersed guests in their own video shoots mimicing that personal one-on-one experience of visiting a salon. The videography team encouraged guests to have fun with the camera, showing them how to accentuate the hair’s volume and fluidity in each pose.

The before and after video clips were merged to create beautiful, branded video clips that could be shared instantly on social media. We kept videos to 10 seconds (ideal for Instagram stories) and sent branded emails out immediately, outlining the key event hashtags, making it a simple and effective sharing process to boost the campaign.


The video experience was popular with 20 of the top influencers attending the event immediately sharing their videos on Instagram stories. The result was a reach of approx. 3 million users viewing the content on Instagram along with the campaign hashtag #daretoshine
