Emerald House + Okey Dokey
Experiential build at the VM & Display Show London in collaboration with Emerald House and Okey Dokey, at their high-end immersive stand.
Brief
Lighthouse Studio collaborated with long term creative partners Emerald House and Okey Dokey to create a truly immersive, experiential stand for the VM&D Show in London. Together, we wanted to showcase the power of combining our expertise when it comes to experiential activations. Emerald House and Okey Dokey create luxury builds with incredibly high quality finish and impactful, visually eye catching designs. When brought together with our extensive experience in experiential, creative technology, we are a powerhouse team.
Idea
For this year’s show, Emerald House and Okey Dokey had a colourful stand design and wanted an experiential activation to draw the crowds. We designed two custom activations; Our newest generative AI photo experience with a custom set of images for guests to transform themselves into, combining advanced facial recognition software, sophisticated special effects technology and image manipulation.
We also integrated our most popular customisable ‘plug and play’ activation, the Aura Experience, into their build with a custom seated area for capturing the Aura photographs and a built in sharing station holding both the screen and a hidden area for the printing facilities.
Results
Both activations had extremely high levels of engagement throughout the show. The stand was busy for the duration of the 2 day event, with a huge increase in attendance compared to the previous year’s stand. The in person user journey for both activations were simple yet effective, requiring only one sharing screen for each.
The screens were managed by on site hosts who took guests through the processes, captured their aura images and AI photos and then guiding them through the sharing process. The digital images were emailed directly to guests, collecting valuable data from the event as well as extending engagement beyond the event itself, creating a longer lasting connection and valuable industry connections.
